How to Use Your Member Credit
To use your membership credit when placing an order, simply enter your last name as the coupon code during checkout. An extra $20 was added to your balance as a Thank you, for joining. 🙏🏾
How to Shop
No password is needed at this time. Just click “Visit Store” on the website and use the menu to browse available styles and place your order. As our new system is still being developed, I’ll notify you when a login password will be required in the future.
Monthly Membership Payments
Although your membership requires a monthly payment, you’re not required to order each month. Your credit will roll over to the next month, so you never lose what you’ve paid in.
Shipping Details
Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days (weekends excluded). Orders are processed starting the business day after they’re placed:
- Earliest shipping: 7 business days after your order
- Latest shipping: 14 business days after your order
- Shipping time: Please allow 2–3 days after shipping for delivery
For example, if you order on a Monday, processing begins Tuesday (Day 1). The earliest it will ship is the following Tuesday.
If you need your order sooner than 7 business days, express shipping is available for $50, and delivery will be within 3–6 days of ordering (excluding weekends). Please note that orders are not guaranteed to ship the same week unless express shipping is selected.
Next Payment (July)
Your July membership payment will be invoiced to you. When paying, please select the payment method you wish to use for recurring payments. You’ll also be asked to choose a monthly payment date between the 1st and 15th.
Starting in August, payments will be deducted automatically each month. If payment is unsuccessful, the system will attempt to collect up to 3 times. If it still cannot process the payment, your membership will be canceled and you’ll be placed on the waitlist if you wish to rejoin later.
