At Andrea’s Designs, every garment is handcrafted to your measurements, fabric choices, and design preferences. We want you to love your piece, and we’ll stand behind our workmanship.
Custom & Made-to-Order Garments
- Custom pieces are created specifically for you; returns and refunds aren’t available once production begins.
- If there’s an issue with fit, workmanship, or order accuracy, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review details and, at our discretion, provide complimentary minor alterations or a remake.
Ready-Made (Non-Custom) Items
You may return ready-made items for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery if they are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition and packaging (tags attached, if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Alterations & Adjustments
- We offer minor fit adjustments at no charge within 14 days of delivery on custom garments when the original item is returned in good condition.
- Shipping to and from our studio is the customer’s responsibility.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items
Custom orders, personalized/embroidered items, clearance, and samples are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return or Adjustment
- Email [email protected] within the applicable window (7 or 14 days). Include your order number and photos if relevant.
- We’ll reply with approval and instructions, including the correct return address and an RMA reference.
- Ship the item using a trackable service. Keep your receipt until your exchange or store credit is issued.
Production & Shipping Windows
- Typical production + delivery for custom garments: 3–4 weeks.
- Rush options may be available on request (subject to fabric/booking availability).
International Orders
- Ready-made items may be exchanged or receive store credit within 14 days (customer covers shipping, duties, and fees).
- Custom items remain non-returnable; we can advise on remote alterations where possible.
